His background combines alternative risk strategy, program development, underwriting, operations, regulatory coordination, risk management, and business development.

As COO of Captives.Insure, Grady is focused on building the operational infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and scalable solutions necessary to make captive insurance more accessible and understandable to businesses and their advisors. He works closely with business owners, insurance professionals, actuaries, attorneys, underwriters, regulators, and captive management partners to transform complex risk challenges into practical alternative risk solutions.
