Joe McDonald will be presenting Tuesday at 9am on "Choosing the Right Captive Structure" This panel will compare single‑parent, group, and cell captives, outlining key differences in capitalization, governance, flexibility, and long‑term strategy. Attendees will gain a clear framework for selecting the structure that best fits their organization’s goals.
Luke Renz's panel on Monday at 3:30pm will be focused on finding and retaining key talent for your practice. Titled "Cultivating the Next Generation of Leaders: Attracting and Mentoring Young Talent", this session will be on closing the captive industry’s talent gap through stronger outreach, mentorship, and career‑path visibility. Panelists will share practical ways to engage emerging professionals and cultivate the next wave of industry leaders.
