Captives.Insure is proud to announce our sponsorship of the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association’s (TCIA) cocktail party benefiting the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association Political Action Committee (TCIA PAC) fund.  The cocktail party will be held from 5:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, October 29 immediately following the TCIA 2024 conference at the Honorary Member Lounge of The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville TN.   Additional information on the PAC event can be found here.

Enjoy an evening socializing with the best of the captive industry as you sip on artfully crafted cocktails and indulge in delectable small bites, all while enjoying the city’s top live entertainers with 100% of the proceeds from the event will be forwarded to the TCIA PAC as a political contribution to promote captive insurance in Tennessee and contribute to the state political campaigns of the supporters of captive insurance.

The Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (TCIA) is a key organization supporting the captive insurance industry in Tennessee and one of the key reasons for the state’s success, now ranking as the 9th largest captive domicile in the US.

• TCIA is a community of captive industry experts, owners, and service providers engaged in advocacy, communication, and education, committed to fostering a strong captive insurance industry in Tennessee.
• The association has been active since 2011, coinciding with the modernization of Tennessee's captive insurance laws
• TCIA works closely with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance, reviewing state statutes annually to determine if updates are needed.
• The association is actively involved in proposing and supporting legislation to improve the captive insurance environment in Tennessee. For example, in 2024, TCIA successfully ran a bill that updated statutes related to examinations, in-person board meeting requirements, and other aspects of captive regulation.
